False information given to insurance companies
I have had four accidents in the last four years. All but one found to be not liable according to my current insurance provider but I wanted to shop for better rates.
This company has me lable as liable even for an accident with a police report.
Two , I was not in the car and was shopping. I want this fix

Avoid if possible. I got lexisnexis for public records to pull deeds. They assured me it could do that.
Turns out it can't.
But they sell their products "as is." So I am stuck in a six-year contract for a product that I can't use!

this site cant handle the truth of poorest customer services we invite any and all complaint to chec out twentfirstbackgroundyahoo.com as we verfie your complaint and you can be in the loop with out them knowing whom put in a complaint to help others i say stay away from lexisnexis as the do not verifie and they keep slandering and defmations of caroter at customers expence and so does all the credit bureals the poast fauls iteams and dont check as i had complaint cents 5-21 and still not resloved

Worst company ever
I had my identity stolen, which has resulted in many errors on my record. Trying to get in touch with someone is a joke, and when I actually speak to a live person they consistently tell me to wait 30 days for an answer.
Every single time.
They have NEVER actually helped me. I wish there was another way to fix my record!!!

I talked to a real person, you can too, but it's disappointing.
An hour and a half after their advertised customer service hours I called 1 (80*) ***-****, picked option 2 "to continue", eventually smashed the zero button a few times, magically option 7 became available to talk to a person. Waited on hold for a few minutes, the person was minimally helpful to resolve the problem. It seems like they have one remedy to resolve all the problems they encounter, send you a copy of the report.

I have not had an at fault accident since 2002..
I was rear ended by a drunk driver March 17 of this year.
2 years ago;a tree fell over on my Lexus truck!”
Then my son had an accident where his wheel came off while he was driving.
Needless to say that not one of them was my fault….
They need to straighten my report out ASAP

I recently learned that 'LexisNexis Risk Solutions' was reporting that I had an at-fault accident in 2019 to my auto insurance company, resulting in higher rates. I was not involved in an auto accident whatsoever in 2019, at-fault or otherwise.
Their incompetence is costing me time and money. I checked out their BBB page and found that I am not the only one to have this issue.

Preferred solution: Their report needs to be corrected to reflect that I was not involved in an auto accident in 2019, and the false reports need to stop. I lost money, probably hundreds, in increased auto insurance rates.

Nothing good here.
I was "sold" a package of services, none of which accomplished the basics of what I was promised. I have been complaining for months on end and their system is looped so you go back to your rep who gives you no options.
Their trainers and research specialists never find what you are looking for and take their time!
The people search service is not what it is cracked up to be and you can find much more information online without the use of Lexis's services. They charged me an arm and a leg and have not heeded any of my valid concerns which would actually help them be more accurate with what they do have to offer and be aware of what they need to improve upon.

I had never heard of them but State Farm turned me in to them after 30 yrs of patronage
My State Farm Insurance of 30 years attached this to my soft credit report, and I did not know what it entailed. I called them and against my better judgement was told had to have my data to review files.
Then stated no report. Few days later, I got a 444 record report with fictitious or massively duplicate data. I never paid anything nor did I request this. The letter thanked me for the info of which I did not send or request.
My call lasted 10 minutes as I was placed on hold. I recorded the call and this is plainly targeting and duplicity. What is wrong with these people are they too diverse for the non-diverse and have to attack people to act out their social pathic tendencies while destroying this country? Do these people believe they are normal caring human beings.
They are less than human.
Do not bother to go to Church of God. He does not know you for your devious acts towards others and you are not sorry so forget that!
Preferred solution: Remove my information from their report listed without my input or authorization. A privacy violation of the 4th amendment resulting in targeting and tracking. I did not pay for this or request it.

I have been trying to work with LexisNexis since 2015. They have me mixed up with a lady in Wisconsin and are data are intertwined somehow.
I have never lived there or even been there but yet I cannot seem to move forward to get my data corrected. I once corrected it in 2016 and then it has magically showed up again. Now they are saying it is accurate. This is horrible.
I really do not know how to navigate their system. I continue to get reports with addresses and cars for this other person, submit complaints and cannot get past their supposed 200 sources of data. They provide phone numbers for some of those and you call them and they are large companies that do not seem to have dispute processes.
There needs to be a class action suit. There is no way for a single person to get this crap fixed.
Preferred solution: My personal records corrected.

Horrible Customer Service!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service!! I tried very hard to understand them before I asked for a U.
S. based Customer Service representative. I think they stated it would be at least 48 hours before I heard from them. That was a couple of months ago.
Called again, same response. Called again, same response.
This is a terribly managed "company" (I use the term loosely).
- No customer service
- No return calls
Preferred solution: A REAL CS rep that speaks English to telephone me and send me the same info they supplied to my insurance company, who, in turn, based my insurance rates.

I have a HEART CONDITION THAT PROHIBITED ME FROM PRACTICING LAW PER MY DOCTORS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND THIS OUTFIT REFUSED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE TWO MONTHS I WAS OUT! THEY QUOTED THE CONTRACT!
OUTRAGEOUS IMMORAL CONDUCT BY LEXIS NEXIS IN REFUSING MY REQUEST FOR A MORATORIUM ON BILLING AFTER I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR A HEART CONDITION AND HAD A DR LETTER PROHIBITING ME FROM ANY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING DOING MY LAW OFFICE WORK OF COURSE!
THEY CITED A PROVISION IN THE CONTRACT THAT SAYS ONLY IF YOUR FIRM IS DISSOLVED!

Good Luck. I've been fighting over a year with this company.
My old insurance company even gave me a copy of the response that they submitted "Discontinue reporting coverage lapse. Do not remove policy record from LexisNexis database." Do you know what they have done?
Instead of removing the lapses, they increased the lapses. Took this company over a year to fix this.
