I was denied an auto insurance due to incorrect claims in my CLUE report. I requested for a copy of the report from Lexisnexis but never received one, instead they sent me a letter asking to fill and send back.??? Really; why then they collected all the information over phone..

Next, I filled a complaint in personal report to create a dispute and they did and provided me a case-number.. What I should do with this case number when you don't have a way to check the status of the case using this number..

Due to inability of LexisNexis to maintain correct records, I am paying much more amount for auto insurance. Who is responsible here?? Is it my mistake? Who will pay for my losses? Will LexisNexis do???

I see a lot of similar frustrating complaints by others in this forum but did this help anyone in anyway???

Is there a way we can turn the insurance companies to refer to a more reliable institution for record reference...

The reason LexisNexis behaves as such is they run a monopoly; which should be broken.. People/Institution starts functioning properly only in a competitive env.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Same issue. They're reporting a claim on my record which was made 2-1/2 years before I owned the home. It is costing me hundreds of dollars a year in increased premiums.

I hear you. LexisNexis (CLUE) consumerdisclosure.com reported inaccurate info to progressive insurance -- Completely FALSE claims for not one but TWO accidents.

I'm pissed off. I have had my car for ten years and haven't even had a fender bender. Are they making this *** up so they can work with Progressive to suddenly raise insurance quotes/rates just before you purchase? It's also Interesting to note that my current insurance company has no record of any ACCIDENTS on my motor vehicle report and EXPERIAN has no record of any either.

Looks like I'll be insuring with someone else besides Progressive -- a total scam -- luring you in with the promise of a great rate/savings only to change their quote based on FALSE info from this careless co. so they can shift their quote before purchase.
