Through my insurance company, I received a letter to contact Lexis Nexis to get a copy of my credit report because it had some negative things on it and I know they aren't mine. I called the number, gave them the information and the reference # in the letter 10 days after I received the letter.

The letter said I would get a report if I called or contacted them within 60 days. Last Friday 7/29/16, I received a letter from them stating they could not give me my credit report because the time limit was past.

I don't think so. I gave them personal info and now I am concerned they will use it for illegal purposes.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

LexisNexis Cons: No person to actually talk to.

I recieved a letter for LexisNexis! I have not requested property or auto insurance!!

I am curious as to how they got my address info?

The letter stated that i did not qualify for All State Insurance, which would be false if I had, based on my credit!!! I am furious!!
