Multiple call attempts, six total. Never able to get a human!!!

I gave up trying.

Issue not resolved. There is a reason this company has terrible ratings on Google for all metrics!

Lexis Nexis has on file that I have an at fault accident on record and that is a 100% lie. Only been in one accident and the lady that hit me almost directly head on, was 100% at fault & her insurance paid for everything

Farmers Insurance lost my business after 30 years. This is a lengthy story but my insurance agent advised that he couldn't provide me with the best rates because my file with LexisNexis showed claims.

I didn't remember making the claims so I reached out to LexisNexis asking them for details about these claims. Weeks later LexisNexis replied back that the claims could not be verified. I let my agent know that. He checked my file a couple of weeks later and those claims were still listed.

I reached out to LexisNexis again and this time they advised me that Farmers insurance did confirm the claim from 2020.
There was no claim filed, the "accident" was the fault of the illegally parked vehicle and trailer. A truck with a low trailer that could not be seen from my rear view mirror was illegally parked on a strip of grass behind a row of legal parking spaces. I taped the back of my bumper against the trailer. I got out and could see no damage to the trailer and minimal damage to my bumper.

I did what I thought I was supposed to do and reported it to Farmers. I never filed a claim and Farmers paid nothing. Their report shows I was not at fault and the representative with Farmers assured me this would in absolutely no way impact my rates.
That was not true because I am not being told I am not eligible for the best rates because of this illegally parked vehicle on my file as an accident/claim. I have reached out to the Florida Department of Financial Services they said I needed to have LexisNexis remove it.

I've gone back and forth between LexisNexis and Farmers and niether want to take ownership and keep bouncing me back and forth between them. So I'm being punished in the form of higher rates due to someone else's negligence and LexisNexis and Farmers will do nothing.

Preferred solution: Inaccurate information removed from my file.

You hit a parked car. It was your fault bottom line.

Even illegally parked cars are not at fault for your bad driving. They probably filed a claim against you.

The damage was so little the insurance company did not even call you. Some companies will not call you for claims less than $600 to $1000.

You are incorrect. According to an attorney I consulted this was not my fault but the fault of the illegally parked truck.

Even Farmers has on the report this was not my fault. I have been driving for decades with no insurance claims. This truck left a space of about two feet for fseveral other vehicles to back out and one car was completely trapped because of the negligence of this vehicle. They did not file a claim against me because there was zero damage to the heavy duty trailer.

As I said in my post I am the one who called my insurance company. Everyone has an opinion, and yours is wrong.

If LexusNexis had researched properly the accident, they would have found out I was not at fault. The other driver hit me as she was on her cellphone, not paying attention.

I have the police report stating that.

My insurance rates are going to go up and I am the one that has to get them to correct their error! Just ridiculous.

Worst Company on Planet

I have been trying to purchase a book from this company for four months (and counting). I paid in full.

It hasn't arrived. Frontline staff try to help but can't. Managers are rarely available nor do they typically return calls.

Regrettably, they've cornered the market on this particular book so it's not available from other vendors. Four months is a long time to wait for a book, to understand why they haven't sent it, or whether they ever will.

I've been working in insurance for years, and they are the most despicable company I've ever come across. They will screw you at every chance given, rating your insurance prices on vehicle probability that it may get in an accident again among other bullsh** standards.

I go to get insurance for a car I bought at USAA. USAA denies me insurance because they say I have active tickets.

These ticket date 1/23/2024 and 1/1/2025. So I get on the DMV there are no active tickets on my license. So I call Lexusnexis. There like you also got tickets on nj.

So the give the municipality number in New Jersey and case number. I call them the case number doesnt even exist and my name is not in the system. Also I come to find out that the so called case in nj are the exact same tickets and dates. They say there pulling there info right from both dmvs.

I dont think so, why when I call and run my license I get the correct information.

There faulty information has caused me an extra 100 dollars in insurance. Smh

Customer Service Sucks

Love how user friendly the case search interface is, and how easy the practical guides are, but my lord, their customer service sucks, and they fraudulently induce you into signing up for services, then they make it such a large and unbearing burden in order to actually obtain those services. Be weary!

Plenty of legal options out there for same or lesser cost that won't make your life MORE DIFFICULT.

-- and if you are trying to sign up for their background check services, be ready to put put through the ringer, giving them access to your office, needing to either interview your landlord, or have proof of office ownership, questioning how you present your business on your business card, showing your phone, phone bills and proof of how you communicate with clients, etc... You can literally get a license to practice law for less work and less of a burden than being approved for services THEY BILL YOU FOR before they actually authorize you to use.

The porest customer services reps hang up on you refuse to handle wrong information on reports

i contacted them in reguard to providing incorect information from trans union neither one want to reslove the matters where these agancy are providing slander defmation of carroter acainst the publict they will not like when we get our background company up and going it is twentyfirstbackground@***.com we only report verfied informations and dont take the crediters word we will be montering company, employers for not paying people etc so you can get the truth if its been reported to us to keep judges ,attorney or the alfbet agancy {goverment} from no longer behiding behind the system we ask for any helpful info to help others

Please don't trust this company. I promise their words are perfumed.

Once you sign the contract, the service is not what you thought and the customer support negligible in assistance. I am trying to think of a reason why I even rated them at 2.1 stars.

Terrible product. locks me out every time I attempt to log in

Every single time I attempt to log into LexisAdvance, I need to contact Lexis since I have been locked out. It happens 100% of the time.

I never have a problem with Westlaw. I see your product as unreliable

since it locks out every time I attempt to log into it.

It a waste of my time to be on the phone every time I want to use Lexis Advance and have to change the password daily.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!!
