LexisNexis - Can't get a call back
I contacted this company several months ago about purchasing a Lexis Nexis package. After several weeks, and more than a few phone calls someone finally got back with me.
We scheduled a demonstration but the salesman cancelled it the day of saying he was sick. Eventually, I was contacted by another sales rep who said they were now in charge of my account. We had the demonstration on January 4, 2018 and at the conclusion the Lexis representatives said they would get back to us with pricing for the packages we had spoke about. It is now January 29, 2018 and I have heard nothing from them, nor have they returned my phone calls and voicemails.
Do these people not want to sell this product to me? If so, why?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
