I have tried several times to speak to one of their Representative to get a copy of their credit report. I was on hold for 30 minutes at 6:30 pm even though the company's operating hours are to 7 pm. Then I called the next day and was on hold three times for at least 10 minutes. The receptionist was not able to help me with a name of a Manager or Supervisor but connected me, she said, to another number, which was not any better than the other... Read more

I want to talk to a human. They are a pain to deal with so far. They spout off like a drunk. And you know you can t tell a drunk nothing.

Lexis Nexis is reporting inaccurate information about my driving record to insurance companies. I have requested my report multiple time and lexis nexus does not comply making it impossible for me to verify or dispute the information. I have tried numerous time to contact them through their automated phone support but they system doesn't work properly and terminate the process before I can finalize the request. Lexis Nexis is reporting... Read more

They should not be allowed to handle credit reports. I have an 800+ credit score with other agencies, yet I am an insurance liability because I have too many retail credit cards with no balances but the I have the "opportunity" to go crazy spending all that money. Voluntarily closing the accounts actually drops my credit score and besides, if I haven't been a bad credit risk for 40 years why should it matter to the insurance company. Why is... Read more

This company released a sealed court record of mine, which is illegal. Yes, I was arrested 20 years ago for a petty misdemeanor, but I got the whole thing sealed by a Judge in that county, years ago. LexisNexis is reporting my arrest despite this. That is against the law. They are violating my rights as a consumer, they are violating the Judge's order and the FCRA, Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is such a headache getting these companies to erase... Read more

As a requirement to send a wire from my bank, a list of randomly generated questions were asked of me. I was told that this list was generated by LexisNexis. I took offense to at least 2 questions however one in particular made me feel quite unsettled, the question was "Where does your mother live?". The other was "what color was your car in 2002", seriously? I'm not sure how or why this is in their system (my mother has never co-signed or... Read more

Through my insurance company, I received a letter to contact Lexis Nexis to get a copy of my credit report because it had some negative things on it and I know they aren't mine. I called the number, gave them the information and the reference # in the letter 10 days after I received the letter. The letter said I would get a report if I called or contacted them within 60 days. Last Friday 7/29/16, I received a letter from them stating they could... Read more

I was told that I was in an accident in 2005 and I was told that I live in another state. (PA) The car involved, I never owned. (Chevy Malibu) Now, if this didn't affect my ability to get my drivers license renewed or if it didn't affect my insurance, I could care less what they say; But it does affect me and no one seems to care. Because an *** typed in some wrong information, the rest of those inbreeds are too *** to see there's a mistake.... Read more

To begin with they apparently like to falsify reports to insurance and utility companies. If you call them, you have to spend about 30 minutes on their automated system having to repeat all the information they request a minimum of 3 times. There is no chance to talk to a real person, so how can someone get this falsified report fixed. They reported to my auto insurance company that I was in an accident in February 2016 (SO NOT TRUE) which has... Read more
