As a requirement to send a wire from my bank, a list of randomly generated questions were asked of me. I was told that this list was generated by LexisNexis. I took offense to at least 2 questions however one in particular made me feel quite unsettled, the question was "Where does your mother live?". The other was "what color was your car in 2002", seriously? I'm not sure how or why this is in their system (my mother has never co-signed or... Read more

Through my insurance company, I received a letter to contact Lexis Nexis to get a copy of my credit report because it had some negative things on it and I know they aren't mine. I called the number, gave them the information and the reference # in the letter 10 days after I received the letter. The letter said I would get a report if I called or contacted them within 60 days. Last Friday 7/29/16, I received a letter from them stating they could... Read more

I was told that I was in an accident in 2005 and I was told that I live in another state. (PA) The car involved, I never owned. (Chevy Malibu) Now, if this didn't affect my ability to get my drivers license renewed or if it didn't affect my insurance, I could care less what they say; But it does affect me and no one seems to care. Because an *** typed in some wrong information, the rest of those inbreeds are too *** to see there's a mistake.... Read more

To begin with they apparently like to falsify reports to insurance and utility companies. If you call them, you have to spend about 30 minutes on their automated system having to repeat all the information they request a minimum of 3 times. There is no chance to talk to a real person, so how can someone get this falsified report fixed. They reported to my auto insurance company that I was in an accident in February 2016 (SO NOT TRUE) which has... Read more

LexisNexis goes unchecked, unchallenged and unprofessional. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason to how the attain their information. They are difficult to contract and demand confirmation of information that is incorrect to vet you with. How can you confirm information that is fictitious? My insurance kept rising, even though I had a perfect driving record. I found myself paying more than people with nicer cars and horrible driving... Read more

I found out my license was suspended when I got pulled over, but LexisNexis had already told my insurance company two weeks before. I got it reinstated the next day, but it was already too late. I opened the mail today from the insurance company saying they were going to cancel if I didn't notify them. Thanks LexisNexis Risk, you *** me over so hard. I can't drive without insurance. I can't work if I don't drive. My family is ***. I paid a... Read more

This company gave my auto insurance company information, that resulted in my auto insurance being elevated by 110% because they said i was a risk - but - i have no tickets in 8 years, no accidents, no DUI, no DWI, no violation's of any kind on my driving record. I went from paying $92.41 a month to $186.66 every month. when i called to speak with someone in the corporate headquarters I was told it was because of my past driving record- i'm... Read more
